Common use of Certificat du dépositaire Clause in Contracts

Certificat du dépositaire. On each Settlement Date, once it has received the funds corresponding to the subscription of the applicable Underlying Ordinary Shares, for purposes of settlement and delivery of the Underlying Ordinary Shares, the Registrar shall issue the depositary certificate (certificat du dépositaire) provided for by Article L. 225-146 of the French Commercial Code, relating to the capital increases of the Company resulting from the subscription of the Underlying Ordinary Shares and the corresponding Shares and shall send a copy thereof to the Company and the Agent.
