Common use of Certificate Information Clause in Contracts

Certificate Information. Entrust may insert in a Certificate any information that is provided to Entrust in the associated application for the Certificate, which may include Verification Information (“Certificate Information”). Entrust may also (a) use such information that Customer provides to Entrust to authenticate Subscribers, (b) publish Customer’s Certificates to one or more CT (Certificate Transparency) logs which may be viewed by the public, and (c) use such information for the purposes set out in the Agreement and in the Entrust Privacy Policy.
