Certificate Insurer as Third Party Beneficiary. The Certificate Insurer shall be an express third-party beneficiary of this Agreement to the extent of its express subrogation rights, its rights to receive the Class A-1-W and Class A-3-W Premium and Certificate Insurer Reimbursement Amounts pursuant to Section 5.02(a) and its express rights set forth in this Agreement and shall have the right to enforce the related provisions of this Agreement as if it were a party to this Agreement.
