Common use of Certificate of Beneficial Ownership and Related Information Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Beneficial Ownership and Related Information. For each Loan Party, provide to Lender: (a) Confirmation of the accuracy of the information set forth in the most recent Certificate of Beneficial Ownership provided to Lender; (b) A new Certificate of Beneficial Ownership, in form and substance acceptable to Lender in its discretion, when any individual(s) previously identified as a Beneficial Owner have changed; and (c) Such additional information and documentation as may be requested by Xxxxxx in its discretion for purposes of Lender’s compliance with applicable laws (including without limitation the USA Patriot Act and other “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations), and with any policy or procedure implemented by Lender in respect of the same.
