Common use of Certificate of Beneficial Ownership Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Beneficial Ownership. Promptly following the occurrence of any change that would result in a change to the status as an excluded “Legal Entity Customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation or upon the Agent’s request therefor notwithstanding the Seller’s status as an excluded “Legal Entity Customer”, the Seller shall execute and deliver to the Agent a Certificate of Beneficial Ownership.
