Common use of Certificate of Conformance Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Conformance. The Supplier shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (CofC) with all materials shipped in accordance with the Purchase Order. The certificate shall be signed, dated, and indicate title of the authorized company representative. The CofC should read as or contain content addressing the following: β€œI certify that [insert Supplier name] furnished materials and/or services are in accordance with this purchase order and all applicable requirements. I further certify that the materials and/or services are of the quality specified and conform in all respects with the purchase order requirements, including specifications, drawings, preservation, packaging, packing, marking requirements, and physical item identification (part number), and are in the quantity shown on this or on the attached acceptance document.”
