Common use of Certificate of Covenant Compliance Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Covenant Compliance. Within 30 days of the last day of each March, June, September and December, the Company will issue a Certificate of Covenant Compliance, executed by either the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto. If the Company is not in compliance with the covenants specified in this Section 5, the Company will modify the Certificate of Covenant Compliance by stating the exception and providing a detailed explanation of the non-compliance.
