Certificate of Effective Date. Once all the conditions set forth in Clause 19.1 have been satisfied, then the Parties shall meet and jointly certify that the Effective Date has been achieved.

Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
