Certificate of Fiscal Agent or Registrar. The Fiscal Agent, in the case of Bearer Notes, or the Registrar, in the case of Registered Notes shall, as soon as possible and in any event after the date of any such redemption, payment, exchange or purchase, send upon Issuer request the Issuer a certificate stating (1) the aggregate nominal amount of Notes that have been redeemed and cancelled and the aggregate amount paid in respect of any related Coupons that have been paid and cancelled or in respect of interest paid on a Global Note,
