Common use of Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Requirement Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Requirement. Consultant shall furnish to NCTC original Certificates of Insurance on a standard XXXXX form, or other form acceptable to NCTC, substantiating the required coverages and limits set forth above and also containing the following statement with respect to the General Liability policy: “Nevada County Transportation Commission and its directors, officers, employees and agents, are made additional insureds, but only insofar as the operations under this Agreement are concerned.”
