Common use of CERTIFICATE OF LEASE TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATE OF LEASE TERMINATION. a certificate of lease termination executed by a duly authorized officer of Lessee, substantially in the form of Schedule 7 hereto, acknowledging that this Agreement is no longer in effect with respect to the Aircraft and Engines, which certificate Lessor will hold in escrow to be filed at the FAA upon the expiration of the Term or other termination of the leasing of the Aircraft to the Lessee hereunder; and
