Certificate of Limited Partnership/Amendments. There shall be no obligation on the part of the General Partner to send copies of the Certificate of Limited Partnership nor amendments thereto to the Limited Partners; provided, however, a Limited Partner may request in writing to be sent a copy of the Certificate of Limited Partnership and any amendment thereto, in which event the General Partner shall send such document(s) to the requesting Limited Partner within a reasonable period of time after such request.
