Certificate of Manufacturing Compliance. NDD shall provide or cause to be provided for each batch of ASICs purchased by CMS a certificate of manufacturing compliance which will certify that the batch of ASICs was manufactured in accordance with the appropriate product specifications, set forth on Appendix 13.3.
