Certificate of No Default. The Company shall deliver to the Agency each year no later than January 15th, a certificate signed by an Authorized Representative of the Company stating that the Company is not in default under this Lease Agreement and that no Event of Default exists under this Lease Agreement or any other Company Document. Such certificate shall also contain all information required under Section 8.5 hereof.
