Certificate of Partnership Interest. As provided under Section 7.02(c) of the Act, every Partner’s interest in the Partnership shall be evidenced by a Certificate of Partnership Interest issued by the Partnership. No Transfer shall be valid or effective unless and until a Certificate of Partnership Interest evidencing the Transfer is issued to the transferee by the Partnership. Each Certificate of Partnership Interest shall contain a legend setting forth the restrictions on Transfer in Article 7.1 hereof.
