CERTIFICATE OF PAYMENT OF CONTRACTORS AND VENDORS. Prior to final acceptance, the Developer shall certify that all contractors and vendors have been paid for work owned or maintained by the City or private utilities and no liens or other claims have been recorded, or that the Developer knows of no intent to file a claim or lien against the City or private utility improvements.
