CERTIFICATE OF PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OUTSTANDING. the Note Trustee may call for any certificate or other document to be issued by DTC, Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg as to the Principal Amount Outstanding of First Issuer Notes represented by a Global First Issuer Note standing to the account of any person. Any such certificate or other document shall (in the absence of manifest error) be conclusive and binding for all purposes. The Note Trustee shall not be liable to any person by reason of having accepted as valid or not having rejected any certificate or other document to such effect purporting to be issued by DTC, Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg and subsequently found to be forged or not authentic;
