Common use of Certificate of Status Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Status. The Underwriters shall have received a certificate of status (or the equivalent) in respect of the Corporation and each of the Material Subsidiaries issued by the appropriate regulatory authority in each jurisdiction under which the Corporation and the Material Subsidiaries exist;

Certificate of Status. The Underwriters shall have received a certificate of status compliance (or the equivalent) in respect of the Corporation Company and each of the Material Subsidiaries issued by the appropriate regulatory authority authority, as applicable, in each jurisdiction under which the Corporation Company and the Material Subsidiaries exist;
