Common use of Certificate of the Depositary Clause in Contracts

Certificate of the Depositary. The Depositary shall have furnished or caused to be furnished to you certificates satisfactory to you evidencing the deposit with the Custodian of the Equity Shares being so deposited against issuance of ADRs evidencing Firm ADSs to be delivered by the Company at the Closing Date; the execution, issuance, signature and delivery of ADRs evidencing the Firm ADSs pursuant to the Deposit Agreement; and such other matters related thereto as you may reasonably request.
