Common use of Certificate of the Parent Clause in Contracts

Certificate of the Parent. Concurrently with the financial statements of the Parent and its Subsidiaries furnished to the Administrative Agent and to the Lenders pursuant to Sections 8.3.1 [Quarterly Financial Statements] and 8.3.2 [Annual Financial Statements], a certificate (each a “Compliance Certificate”) of the Parent signed by the Chief Executive Officer, President or a Financial Officer of the Parent, in the form of Exhibit 8.3.3.

Concurrently with the financial statements of the Parent and its Subsidiaries on a Consolidated Basis furnished to the Administrative Agent and to the Lenders pursuant to Sections Section 8.3.1 [Quarterly Financial Statements] and Section 8.3.2 [Annual Financial Statements], a certificate (each a “"Compliance Certificate”") of the Parent signed by the Chief Executive Officer, President or a Financial Officer or the Treasurer of the Parent, in the form of Exhibit 8.3.3.
