Common use of Certificate of the Selling Shareholder Clause in Contracts

Certificate of the Selling Shareholder. A certificate, dated such Date of Delivery, of the Selling Shareholder confirming that the certificate delivered at the Closing Time pursuant to Section 5(m) remains true and correct as of such Date of Delivery.
