Certificate of Title and Lienholder. The 2016-B Vehicle was titled in a State, or the Servicer has started procedures that will result in the 2016-B Vehicle being titled, in accordance with the Titling Trust Agreement and in a manner acceptable to the related Registrar of Titles, and the Collateral Agent is or will be noted as lienholder of the 2016-B Vehicle (other than in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska or South Dakota) and such lien is a perfected first priority security interest.

The 20162017-B A Vehicle was titled in a State, or the Servicer has started procedures that will result in the 20162017-B A Vehicle being titled, in accordance with the Titling Trust Agreement and in a manner acceptable to the related Registrar of Titles, and the Collateral Agent is or will be noted as lienholder of the 20162017-B A Vehicle (other than in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska Nebraska, Nevada or South Dakota) and such lien is a perfected first priority security interest.
