Common use of Certificate of Title Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Title. None of the parties hereto, including the Titling Trust, shall have any obligation or otherwise be required to make notation on, or cause to be taken any other action with respect to, any Certificate of Title for any 2004-A Vehicle to reflect the back-up Lien created hereby.
