Certificate Regarding Beneficial Ownership. On or before the date of this Agreement, the Underwriters shall have received a certificate satisfying the beneficial ownership due diligence requirements of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network from the Company in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Underwriters, along with such additional supporting documentation as the Underwriters have requested in connection with the verification of the foregoing certificate.
