Common use of Certificate, Statements and Reports Clause in Contracts

Certificate, Statements and Reports. The officer's certificates, statements, reports and other documents prepared by Seller and furnished by Seller to the Purchaser, the Insurer, the Trustee or the Agent pursuant to this Agreement or any other Basic Document to which it is a party, and in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, when taken as a whole, do not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements contained herein or therein not misleading.
