Common use of Certificate to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Certificate to Trustee. Issuer shall furnish to the Trustee on or before March 31 in each year (beginning with __________) a brief certificate from the principal executive, financial or accounting officer of this Issuer as to his or her knowledge of the Issuer's compliance with all covenants under this Indenture (such compliance to be determined without regard to any period of grace or requirement of notice provided under this Indenture).

Certificate to Trustee.
