Certificated and Uncertificated Securities. Upon request, each Grantor will deliver to the Trustee immediately upon execution of this Security Agreement the originals of all Pledged Securities (to the extent certificated) and Instruments constituting Pledged Collateral (if any then exist). In addition, each Grantor will permit the Trustee from time to time to cause the appropriate issuers (and, if held with a securities intermediary, such securities intermediary) of uncertificated securities or other types of securities not represented by certificates which are Pledged Collateral owned by such Grantor to xxxx their books and records with the numbers and face amounts of all such uncertificated securities or other types of securities not represented by certificates and all replacements thereof to reflect the Lien of the Trustee granted pursuant to this Security Agreement.
