Common use of Certificated Bonds Clause in Contracts

Certificated Bonds. Except as provided in this Section 2.1 or Section 2.3 or 2.4, owners of beneficial interests in Global Bonds shall not be entitled to receive physical delivery of certificated Bonds.

Certificated Bonds. Except as provided in this Section 2.1 3, Section 4 or Section 2.3 or 2.45 of this Article IV, owners of beneficial interests in Global Bonds shall not be entitled to receive physical delivery of Initial Bonds, Exchange Bonds or Private Exchange Bonds in certificated Bondsform.
