Certificateholders and Certificate Trustee May Purchase Notes. Any Certificateholder, the Certificate Trustee in its individual or any other capacity or any other Person (other than the Seller) may bid for and purchase any of the Notes, and upon compliance with the terms of sale, may hold, retain, possess and dispose of such Notes in their own absolute right without further accountability.
