Certificates and Register. 7.1 Each Noteholder shall be entitled free of charge to one certificate for the Loan Notes registered in his name. Joint holders of Loan Notes will only be entitled to one certificate in respect of the Loan Notes held by them jointly which will be delivered to the first-named of such joint holders unless all such joint holders otherwise specify in writing. The certificates for the Loan Notes shall refer to this Deed, shall be substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1, shall be executed by the Company in accordance with the CA 2006 and shall each have the Conditions attached.
