Common use of Certificates as Evidence of Ownership of Units Clause in Contracts

Certificates as Evidence of Ownership of Units. The ownership of the Units shall be evidenced by Certificates in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto. Notwithstanding anything else stated herein to the contrary, the Trustees may, for all purposes set forth in this Trust Agreement, including, without limitation, the making of distributions and voting, treat the holder of any Certificate as shown on the Trustees’ records as the owner of the Units evidenced thereby.
