Common use of Certificates, Etc Clause in Contracts

Certificates, Etc. Landowner shall execute such estoppel certificates (certifying as to such matters as Lessee may reasonably request, including without limitation that no default then exists under this Agreement, if such be the case) and/or consents to assignment and/or nondisturbance agreements as Lessee or any Assignee or Tenant may reasonably request from time to time. Landowner and Lessee shall cooperate in amending this Agreement from time to time to include any provision that may be reasonably requested by Lessee, Landowner or any Assignee or Tenant for the purpose of implementing the provisions contained in this Agreement or of preserving an Assignee’s security interest.
