Certificates for Ordinary Shares. Upon the exercise of the Purchase Option pursuant to this Agreement, one or more certificates for the number of Ordinary Shares so purchased shall be issued and delivered by the Company to the Holder as soon as practicable thereafter, and in any event within ten days of the delivery by the Holder to the Investor of the Notice of Exercise. The date of delivery of such certificates is referred to herein as the “Delivery Date.”
