Certificates for Shares. 7.1 A Member Section 1. The Corporation shall only be entitled to a share certificate if the Directors resolve that share certificates shall be issued. 7.4 6.4 Every share certificate sent in accordance with the Articles will be sent at the risk of the Member or other person Person entitled to the certificate. The Company will not be responsible for any share certificate lost or delayed in the course of delivery.
7.5 6.5 Share certificates shall be issued within the relevant time limit as prescribed by the Statute, if applicable, or as the rules and regulations of the Designated Stock Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Commission and/or any other competent regulatory authority or otherwise under Applicable Law may from time to time determine, whichever is shorter, after the allotment or, except in the case of a Share transfer which the Company is for the time being entitled to refuse to register and does not register, after lodgement of a Share transfer with the Company.
