Common use of Certificates for Units Clause in Contracts

Certificates for Units. Certificates representing Units shall be in such form as may be determined by the Board. Such certificates shall be signed by the President or a Vice-President and by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, if such offices be created and filled, or signed by two officers designated by the Board to sign such certificates.
