Certificates in Respect of Replacement Aircraft and Engines. Upon the execution and delivery of a Trust Supplement covering a Replacement Airframe and/or Replacement Engine, as provided in Section 5.01(b), each Certificate shall be deemed to have been issued in connection with such Replacement Airframe and/or Replacement Engine and each Certificate issued thereafter upon a transfer or exchange of, or as a replacement for, a Certificate, shall be designated as having been issued in connection with such Replacement Airframe and/or Replacement Engine, but without any other change therein.
