Certificates; Information; Financial Statements. (a) The Lessee will from time to time deliver to the Lessor and the Secured Parties, promptly upon reasonable request (i) a statement executed by any Vice President, Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer or any other assistant officer of the Lessee, certifying the dates to which the sums payable hereunder have been paid, that this Lease Agreement is unmodified and in full effect (or, if there have been modifications, that this Lease Agreement is in full effect as modified, and identifying such modifications) and that no Lease Event of Default or Terminating Event has occurred and is continuing (or specifying the nature and period of existence of any thereof and what action the Lessee is taking or proposes to take with respect thereto), (ii) such information with respect to the Nuclear Material as the Lessor or the Secured Parties may reasonably request, and (iii) such information with respect to the Lessee's operations, business, property, assets, financial condition or litigation as the Lessor or any assignee of the Lessor or the Secured Parties may reasonably request.
