It is the intention of the Depositor parties to this Agreement that Certificateholders no Certificateholder shall not be personally liable for obligations of the Trust FundTrust, that the interests in the Trust Fund represented by the Investor Certificates and the Exchangeable Certificate shall be nonassessable for any losses or expenses of the Trust or for any reason whatsoever, whatsoever and that Investor Certificates and the Certificates, Exchangeable Certificate upon due authentication thereof by the Trustee pursuant to this Agreement, are and shall be deemed fully paid.
