Common use of Certificates of Incorporation Clause in Contracts

Certificates of Incorporation. A recent copy of the articles or certificate of incorporation (or equivalent organizational documents) and all amendments thereto of EDS, each Designated EDS Affiliate as of the Availability Date and each Subsidiary Guarantor as of the Availability Date certified by the secretary of state (or equivalent officer) of the jurisdiction of organization of such entity.
