Common use of Certificates of Participation Clause in Contracts

Certificates of Participation. (a) The Certificates of Participation issued under the Trust Agreement and related to this Third Amended and Restated Lease Schedule are identified as (i) a portion of the "Refunding Certificates of Participation (School Board of St. Lucie County, Florida Master Lease Program, Series 2011B)" (the "Series 2011B Certificates") and (ii) a portion of the "Refunding Certificates of Participation (School Board of St. Lucie County, Florida Master Lease Program, Series 2011A)" (the "Series 2011A Certificates"), each Evidencing an Undivided Proportionate Interest of the Owners thereof in Basic Rent Payments to be made under a Master Lease- Purchase Agreement by the School Board of St. Lucie County, Florida."
