Certificates of Payment and Reimbursement. Each Lender agrees, in connection with any request by it for payment or reimbursement pursuant to Section 3.5 or 3.6, to provide the Borrower with a certificate, signed by an officer of such Lender, setting forth a description in reasonable detail of any such payment or reimbursement. Each determination by each Lender of such payment or reimbursement shall be conclusive absent manifest error.
