Certificates of Purchasers. Any Purchaser claiming reimbursement or compensation pursuant to this Article X shall deliver to the Issuer (with a copy to each other Purchaser) a certificate setting forth in reasonable detail the amount payable to such Purchaser hereunder and such certificate shall be conclusive and binding on the Issuer in the absence of manifest error.
