Certificates or Book Entry. On the Settlement Date, the Company shall, at the discretion of the Committee or its designee, either issue one or more certificates in the Award Recipient’s name for such Settlement Shares or evidence book-entry registration of the Settlement Shares in the Award Recipient’s name (or, in the case of death, to the Award Recipient’s designated beneficiary, if any).
