Common use of Certificates/Permits/Licenses Clause in Contracts

Certificates/Permits/Licenses. Consultant and all Consultant's employees or agents shall secure and maintain in force such certificates, permits and licenses as are required by law in connection with the furnishing of Services pursuant to this Agreement. Except for any license or permits furnished by District, Consultant shall be fully responsible for identifying and obtaining all necessary licenses and permits for the timely prosecution of the Services. The costs of any permits and complying with such permits shall be included in the Scope of Work.
