Common use of Certificates/Reports Clause in Contracts

Certificates/Reports. Any certificate or report of any expert or other person called for by or provided to the Trustee (whether or not obtained by or addressed to the Trustee) in accordance with or for the purposes of these Conditions or the Trust Deed may be relied upon by the Trustee as sufficient evidence of the facts therein (and shall, in absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on all parties) notwithstanding that such certificate or report and/or engagement letter or other document entered into in connection therewith contains a monetary or other limit on the liability of the relevant expert or person in respect thereof.
