Each Debtor will from time to time, as the Secured Party may request, deliver to the Secured Party such schedules, certificates and reports respecting all or any of the Collateral at the time subject to the security interest hereunder, and the items or amounts received by such Debtor in full or partial payment of any of the Collateral, as the Secured Party may reasonably request.
