Common use of Certificates, Schedules and Reports Clause in Contracts

Certificates, Schedules and Reports. Each Debtor will, from time to time, deliver to the Collateral Agent and any Benefited Party such schedules, certificates and reports respecting all or any of the Collateral at the time subject to the security interest hereunder, and the items or amounts received by such Debtor in full or partial payment of any of the Collateral, as the Collateral Agent or such Benefited Party may reasonably request.
