Common use of Certificates, Statements and Reports Clause in Contracts

Certificates, Statements and Reports. The officers’ certificates, statements, reports and other documents prepared by the Seller and furnished by the Seller to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee or the Noteholders pursuant to this Agreement or any other Basic Document to which the Seller is a party, and in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, when taken as a whole, do not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements contained hereon or therein not misleading.

Certificates, Statements and Reports. The officers’ officer's certificates, statements, reports and other documents prepared by the Seller and furnished by the Seller to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee Note Insurer or the Noteholders Trustee pursuant to this Agreement or any other Basic Document to which the Seller it is a party, and in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby, when taken as a whole, do not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements contained hereon herein or therein not misleading.
