Certificates; Surrender for Transfer. Certificates representing Units shall be in such form as shall be determined by the Directors, in their discretion. If a certificate is lost, destroyed or mutilated, a new one may be issued upon such terms and indemnity to the Company as the Directors may prescribe. No new certificate shall be issued until the former certificate for a like number of Units has been surrendered and canceled.
