Certificates; Term; Existence. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as an “authorized person” within the meaning of the Act, has executed, delivered and filed the Certificate of Formation of the Company with the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.
